Heather Mason- Co-Founder

Heather Mason is a 200 E-RYT Vinyasa Yoga and Shred Yoga instructor. Heather enjoys creating powerful flows that challenge her students to push through their comfort zones, not only as a physical practice but also as a mental/emotional practice. 

Staci Payne- Co-Founder

Staci is a 200 E-RYT Vinyasa and Yin-certified instructor as well as an Intuitive Healer, Mindfulness Practitioner and Spiritual Coach. Staci leads a slow flow vinyasa to help promote a balanced mind and body. Her flows are rooted in confidence and self- reflection, aiming to heal from the inside out.
